Solushiens was born out of the perceived need for a different kind of consultancy.
As one of the founding members of the team, I was involved in gathering data from our clientele and translating it into useable graphical information. These data points would show where leadership gaps, employee performance, and morale were either performing well or needed improvement.

I organize and summarize their answers into one or two-word phrases based on the category of the question
I plot the answers into graphical formats so they can be used to make informed decisions by management
Lastly, all the information is piled into a presentation which will be used by our consultant

Marketing & Communications
Using Zoho CRM & Marketing Hub I created multiple email marketing campaigns for different targets of the business. One example was to gather more followers by creating a lead magnet using a 10 Day Leadership training package which contained an introductory email, 10 subsequent challenge emails, a landing page, and user journey map for the CRM system.
Working with our CEO, I developed an idea for a fun way to explain something he says all the time to help the audience understand that there is always more to know. I began by using photographs from some of our in-person sessions, editing them in Adobe Photoshop, then creating some fillers in Adobe Illustrator. I had our CEO record the message in Quicktime and then I put it all together in Adobe Rush Premier.
The goal of our social media campaign was to highlight:

- Pivot Planning (our strategic planning process)
- public holidays of interest that would also highlight our goals
